I need help on adel, I cant keep her from killing me with some heavy attack like metior or ultima. Does anyone have a good stratagy for her?

use a meltdown to take her vit down to 0
then use an aura on irvine
not squall because he may use blasting zone or fated circle which can kill rinoa
then use regen on rinoa and cerberus on you party
now irvine can use his limit (use pulse ammo if you have it 9999 evey time)
and squall can keep your party protected by useing protect (triple) and shell (triple) and curaga (triple)
while the other member of your party cures rinoa
if irvine runs out of aura just cast it on him
and just him

the battle should be over in no time

You don't really need Meltdown, but to get pulse ammo you can go to the area around esthar and fight a creature called an Einoyle, when you fight them you'll get an item called an energy crystal sometimes, use the AMMO RF ability to refine each one into 10 Pulse ammo.

if u dont have pulse ammo then use ap ammo its almost as good

use sharp spikes to get them

As you might have guessed, Adel is a bit rusty after all those years of confinement. It also doesn't help that she's a litle preoccupied with Rinoa. This battle is a bit tricky, because you can't use attacks that will damage both Rinoa and Adel. Well, you can, but it is not recommended. However, those who are brave enough to tempt fate can steal some Megalixirs from the helpless Rinoa. Just don't hurt her too much. If Rinoa gets killed during the battle, it's game over!
Start the battle by drawing Regen from Rinoa and casting it on everyone in your party (including Rinoa). Casting Regen will protect you from Adel's attacks by healing your party periodically. Also, make sure you steal the Samantha Soul from Adel, and then focus on attacking her.

Just use normal attacks, and don't worry about Adel's Ultima spell. It really doesn't cause that much damage. Adel will periodically absorb some of Rinoa's hit points in order to restore herself. If you have not cast the Regen spell on Rinoa, then make sure that you cast a Cure spell on her after Adel has absorbed Rinoa's hit points a few times. As long as you attack quickly, this won't be much of a factor. Make sure you focus on stealing items, and then concentrate on attacking Adel. Also, don't forget to recast the Regen spell when it runs out.

Alls you need is Kamakazie. Use it to instantally win the battle, or bring the enemy to critical hp.

All the others' strategies will work but I have another solution.I usually don't cheat on games because it takes the fun out of it.If you still can't beat Adel,use gameshark to give your charactersthe move Kamakazie.One hit on Adel and she's toast.When I did it,the damage rating was about 14,650.Pretty intense!

but if your characters are good enough as mine wer just use meltdown and attack squall (if above lv 60 ) should deal 9999
irvines limit will do the same as gelgamesh and i have already said and the other character should cure rinoa as adel draws energy from rinoa to power her energy bombs

i usally forget about regen as it is no as good as the regen on ff7

on 7 it just makes your live run up to top hp but on 8 it gives it you after ever round of moves (ie your character attack then adel draws from rinao and instantly uses energy bomb then you get some life)
