Hey all! So...this post is kinda limiting. I need you to do a little experiment. First, you must have the Hellsing Original Sound Track: Raid. Second, you must have the Ace Combat 4: Shattered Skies Soundtrack. Now, check out these songs on each album.

Song: Mercy in the Cathedral ~featuring Tatsuo Tabei~
Album: Hellsing Original Sound Track: Raid
By: Yasushi Ishii

Then check this one out on Ace Combat.

Song: Prelude
Album: Ace Combat 4: Shattered Skies Soundtrack

Notice anything? :naughty: I tried to look up the credits in the games manual and I tried looking online, but it mentions nothing of Yasushi Ishii working on Ace Combat. My versions that I have are both listed as the year 2001, so that might actually be the truth. But does anyone know more about this? Did one steal from the other? Are they the same person? Thanks!

Have you checked to see if Tatsuo Tabei worked on Ace Combat?

Wow, reminds me of that time I noticed the that a Y's track and "Far Beyond the Sun" by Yngwie Malmsteen shared the same composition... it's so weird the feeling you get when you hear and then figure it all out...

Happened before, Solar Ray from Gundam 0083 Stradust Memory is an almost an exact copy from a track from The Thing.

Also same formate with a little variation was used in a song in Blue Gender and the movie Virus.
