i didnt really care for Aeris, an' wanted Cloud to end up w/ Tifa, so i wuz glad that happend. it surprized me tho, i didnt think theyd kill a main character.

Well, how did you feel? I didn't feel much cause like Seifer's Girl said, Cloud ends up with a better girl.

I don't know. I mean, remember what Cait Sith No. 1 said before he was squashed to death? He said that Aeris and Cloud were perfect for each other. When Sephiroth just appeared like that and stabbed Aeris like THAT, I was pretty shocked. I mean, I was sure those two were going to end up together.

when cait sith read your fouten it said you will gain what you are looking for buy you will loos somthing dear to you (it is somthing like that) he was prediction what happend to aeris but no one knew it

I giess I would have been suprised... if I didn't allready knew it...

<font color="4422BB"> ummm, aeris wasnt weak. she was the strongest magic user you ever get to control, level for level, even better than sephy, she also has the best limit, at limit level 2. it raises your other characters limit bars to full. </font>

i would have to say that was was pretty suprised by sepheroth killing areis, but it also really pissed me off because in all the chances to flert with someone, i always went for aries, but i was also pissed, it was the perfect idea to piss of the players and make them hate sepheroth even more. i was also kind of angery at the fact that they then wanted you to fight jenova right after, but i was so pumped after what sepheroth did that i destoryed jenova terribly

i thought it was a clever technique used by the game devlopers, as it brings about emotions in the game player, makes sephiroth more of a villian, and basically enhances the plot.

i also chuckled, as Aeris was left with no mark when the sword went STRAIGHT through her body...even her pink dress was left in perfect shape :p

I felt bad, but like someone said, it's a game...

... People underestimate how good Aeris was. She was my best character next to Cloud and she was a mainstay in the party. At one time she was the highest levelled character in the game. If she'd stayed alive.... Well, things would've been different in my final party (she'd have been there, no doubt.)

My points exactly! That bastard Sephiroth was to kill sweet, innocent Aeris! I love Aeris (other than Garnet...^^) But in the end, Sephiroth got what he deserved...^^

It was really sad to see CLoud and Aeris look at each other like that.....for neither of them realized it was the last time they'd ever see each other...:(

I need to sy the truth i cryed a bit . she waz my fav charactor.i mead i though Aeris waz gonna get up when cloud and her looked at each other.. i thought she wz gonna get up and walk away with cloud.. i thought it ws sad when he let go of her in the water (lake i think) it waz sad momant...... after woulds i wanted to grab speroth nd shove a sowrd dowen him and ask him how it fells like

but then after playin the game 3 times i didnt rely care

I cheered, I liked Sephiroth. Aeris wasn't that much use to me, though at the beggining her 'Healing Wind' did come in handy. But I really didn't care that she did....come one, its pixels, not your mums funeral.

it sucked for me because i'm a sephiroth fan and an Aeris fan so i was thinking "yeah another fmv with sephiroth" until he stabed her so i was happy that sephy was in an fmv but sad that he killed Aeris but it was a sorta good move for plot reasons.

i already knew it was going to happen as my friend told me (EVIL GAME SPOILER) but it was really sad even though i wanted cloud to go with tifa i missed aeris and after she died i liked her more and more

:( :( i felt soooooo bad i cried that was so messed ip man i want kill seporoth for all that:mad I HAD TO CRY WHEN SHE DIED

The ending really surprised me and left me ....speechless:shock: :erm:
But the way they look at each other was priceless...something Cloud can never forget...a smile of hope and courage til her death.
And anyway, Cait Sith was right, Cloud's and Aeris's star are much better then him ending up with Tifa...Poor her...HA ha..Who cares!:laugh:
Aeris is not weak...what she lacks in physical attacks she makes up in high magic attacks and her limit breaks are the best when you are in a jam and need to be heal or revive....
I prefer her limit breaks over the stupid spinning slot machine that Tifa has....pffttt...Even the limit break highwind is a lot more better than Tifa or All Creation that belongs to Yuffie

I think it sucks that Aerith died. I'm okay though cause I always want Cloud to end up with Tifa. It still sucks Aerith died! Her limit skills would have been so useful against the WEAPONs too! I felt sorry for both Cloud and Tifa because they lost their best friend. Aerith not only helped Cloud open up more with his feelings, but she knew Tifa had trouble with expressing herself as well, so Aerith help her best friend Tifa open up with hers. Aerith was really the only female friend she had.

me and my gf played ffvii 2gethr n wen sephiroth killed aeris i nearly pissed myself laughing and my gf starting hitting me and crying so then i felt rlly rlly bad... Aeris was h fave character after all. during the first play through of my game i didnt really like her so i didnt train hr at all bt thn i gt hr 2 lvl 99 n gt all hr limits on the next one.. good damn i wished she stayed around... those limit really kick ass

But now ive got a save of the game right b4 he kills her so weneva i need to let off some steam i jst go and watch that.



What if Garnet or Yuna or Terra or someone died would u all react in the same way as u did to Aeris dieing?
