Well, I thought the first who took a giant piss over the Alien and Predator franchise so......

Also, who's idea was it to make Predator a chrome covered body builder?. I have no hopes for this movie. Yet again it's going to be a PG-13 affair.

However, I do believe that with good directors both franchises, Alien and Predator, could have some life in them yet. Lets hope Ridley Scott makes good on his promise and does a sequel to his original Alien movie.

They'll have to do an amazing job with the crazy high standards and overused sfx and cgi going on nowadays. They have to create something nobody else has to catch the eye of the mass media. Or else they'll look like an expensive Outer Limits (which was not a bad show really) episode that won't raise any afterhype.

I would watch it if I saw it, say on sky movies out of curiosity the film was ok but sequels to these kinds of films suck anyway, so I will not be surprised whether it's shit or not.

To be honest, I could care less. The first one did nothing for me. So my excitedness level sinks pretty low beneathe the surface of the Earth.

The first movie let me down. I had seen the first two movies of both Alien and Predator by the time I heard about AVP, and the movie was just tedious towards the end. I really hope this next one gets better.

It raised my interest. I'm just hoping those scenes weren't the entire movie.

The first AvP movie was so funny, sure it wasn't supposed to be funny but it was. Far as this sequel goes as much as I want to be excited about it I just can't. Probably see it when it comes out on DVD or cable TV, but deffinately not high on my list of things to see.

fucking right, AvP 2 game had a solid storyline, interesting and faithful to both canons, and the way each of the storylines intertwined with each other was fascinating and enjoyable. it would have made a great movie. alas, they threw some terribly acted, implausible shit together and made a modern b movie.

the trailer for this film looks promising, but i doubt it will fix the mistakes and plot holes of the first one, and will probably go no further then eye candy.

The trailers looked killer, i cant wait. Although AvP sucked major donkey dick, ive always been a huge fan of the AvP franchise i played the fuck oudda the PC games. Me and a buddy counted human 17 deaths in the first trailer. And its not going to be PG-13, It will be R. If u go to http://www.avp-r.com/US/ u can see the bright R stamp. So rest assure, AvP Requiem will be much better than the first.

Movie looks interesting, but just I'm gonna just wait for another trailer.
