As I recall, Smarties. You liked Musashi, so I think you will also like this one too. Not exactly the same gameplay, but close enough. Not too fond of the story but I really enjoyed it.

If you want story though...I'll have to back up Xenosaga as well.

I would re-visit some of the horror games such as Silent Hill and Fatal Frame etc. But since I am sure that those are rated M, I would go with Rogue Galaxy. I have never played it but it looked fun enough, and I have heard plenty of good things.

Anything Shin Megami Tensei is awesome, just don't expect to finish them within a rental (if you can find them for rent in the first place). Nocturne can take over 200 hours if you try to do absolutely everything. Normal plays are more like 80 hours though.

I've heard some good things about Brave and Okami as well.

Valkyrie Profile 2 is superb, but I recommend playing through the first one (and getting the good ending).

But even without playing the original, its still a blast and you aren't missing out on too much of the back story.

Actually I own Silent Hill 3 and its rated for 15 years old.

Lenneth is the remake of the original Valkyrie Profile and its for PSP. Its a great game, so if you'd rather do that then pick up a $100+ copy of the psx version, or the totally buggy rom version, I'd recommend it. Silmeria is the 2nd in the series for ps2.

I guess I have to wait to get a PSP, to play lenneth. So Silmeria it is.

kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, and definatly all the Final Fantasies you can get your hands on if you haven't already beaten them.

Okami is actually a very good game. Took a lot of my time though. Maybe cuz I tried to explore too much/took my time with it. Definitely fun.

Never heard of it? That's really quite startling. I haven't played Chrono Cross. Can't speak to it. I've spoken to people who adore it and also those who loathe it, but I can't personally comment so I won't.

Yea, man. Chrono Trigger is rated as one of the top RPGs of all time by many polls. But forget the polls, game is awesome.

Also Chrono Cross isn't as awesome IMO. But it was still a good RPG.

If you have access to imports, then go for Tales of Destiny Remake, Tales of Destiny 2 or Tales of Rebirth, otherwise, go for Tales of the Abyss, DarK Cloud, Dark Cloud 2, Grandia 3, Legend of Legaia 2, Radiata Stories, RYGAR, Skies of Arcadia, VP : Silmeria, Ys 6 : Ark of Naphishtim and Serious Sam : Next Encounter.

Oh god Dark Cloub is horrible, I returned it the next day. I'm playing Ratchet& Clank Up your Arse...nal right now even though I never played going commando.

The anime/magna style 3-d graphics, the lack of a solid story and the beginning was horible. Which is the only part I played. I did not like the batle system it was so predictable, and out dated, I couldn't enjoy it. Kudos on the duel system though other than that, fail.
