Did anyone even bother with these? They appeared very superfluous to me, moreso than most mini-games in the games I've played. I mean, usually they'll tie up the acquisition of an item that is useful "in-game" to your performance in such endeavors. As far as I know, that is not the case here (please enlighten me if I am in error).
