This is my first ever release as I was compelled to rip the music myself when
I was unable to find it in the Galbadia Hotel list. Personally, I only listen to
soundtracks from media that I had experienced, and that means this release
was intended for those who have played the game. Of course, the main
reason why I chose to rip from this game is because the music is melodic and
memorable--since I've owned it for ten years.

This was one of my favorite Playstation games. So many good memories... It's too bad the series have died, I'd love to see these characters in PS2 or PS3 quality.

Thats too bad... I was actually looking for the Cupido stage song (which has an AWESOME song) but i guess i wont ever find the Saturn version OST around :S

heh heh ... I can help with that. The Saturn soundtrack is exactly the same. Only difference is the awesome Cupido track. So I'll just upload Cupido.

EDIT: As I guessed, I only have Cupido since I deleted the Saturn soundtrack, because it really was exactly the same as the original. Still, it's all you really need.

Nice post. I already ripped my game CD's OST from the original Longbox US release.

I agree. The developer for the games, Tamsoft Corporation is still around today, its just that now they are considered a small-scale "budget developer" in Japan, meaning that all the games they do now are majonng games, puzzle games and shogi games.

You are right, if only it didn't die off too quickly, because if it didn't, it would've made Takara (the publisher) famous for doing video games as well as they were and still are with their toy franchises.
