Thanks for the post - a fine score, but would just like to correct the following errors:
The score wasn't composed by David Arnold - he contributed only the main theme. The score proper is by Kevin Kiner.
In addition, neither Arnold nor Kiner conducted - the orchestra was conducted by Nicholas Dodd.

Why does it seems that the music of the Kilrathi ambush of the Tiger Claw isn't part of the soundtrack?

I think i am one of the few people that actually liked this flawed movie...dare i say it, yes what the heck. The new battle star galactica ripped this movie off baddly and people dont seem to notice. anyhow thank you for the soundtrack. [aliens are coming in a few years, watch the skies i tell you! watch them!]

movie wasn't bad, just gets kinda tiring. thing is it tried to do TOO much in less than two hours. so it feels kinda rushed. OST was AWESOME though

Thank you! This fits perfectly to cover the Wing Commander score gap before we get to listen his score for the Clone Wars movie. BTW with Nicholas Dodd, you can't go wrong.

awesome soundtrack, awesome film dare I say it :D now if only I could get my hands on all the official Wing Commander game OST's.

The thing I had to realize in watching the movie is that it was based on the source material that I was familiar with and apparently there were some Legal Issues going on between Chris Roberts and Origin or whomever owned the rights to Wing Commander. The casting for post of the characters was great, Matthew Lillard is a perfect Maniac. The gal they cast as Angel, the guy they got for Hunter...both excellent.

The only thing I really didnt like was the look of the Kilrathi. They looked like smooth skinned.....things....I would have liked it more if it was more closely resembling the game but you have to forget what you know about the game and judge the movie on it's own ground which pushes it up a few notches.

All around not too bad a movie....there've been worse game adaptions.
