Wild ARMs - Boomerang Flash

I found this track long ago on WinMX. It has been resampled quite a few times so it's not good quality. Now I'm out for this track again but I can't find it anywhere, only other versions of the track.

If anyone knows anything about this, if it's an arranged version or if it's an ost, and of course if you know where to pick up a copy of it with better quality - I'd be eternally grateful!

Would you be oh so kind as to upload it again? This is like my favorite song from Wild Arms. And the only other thing I can find is a MIDI.
