I can't do Evrae's airship battle..can I have some help?

My god if you came here for assistance only I will laugh.... i'm in a helpful mood. so...

1) it's not hard once you find a pattern who you will want in this fight, split them up into teams, team 1 Tidus, Rikku, Wakka, team 2 Auron, lulu, and kimhari,

2)by now both tidus and kimhari should know hastega, if not just us some chocobo feathers,what you want to do is have Kimhari use hastega then have Auron use Maic break mental break, Armor break and power break a couple of these will be immuned, but you still land the attack.

3) lulu isn't too much help in this battle but she still deals dammage after that change to team 2 cast hastega, with Tidus, then cast cheer a few times, and have tidus, wakka and rikku use their overdrives. Evrae may cast haste on himself so use slow on him tidus should have it.

4) after that just keep attacking and when he takes a deep breath have Rikku/Tidus have the ship move away. Also if you have delay attack use it it will really help out.

I forgot for the status damage, use rikkus use abilty to use the Al Bhed potion evraes status affects can be a bitch.

Yeah..I know..I hate Evrae soooo much! Is there anything I should know if I go any farther..Like where hidden Aeons are..or special abilities I should know?

not really you're near the end all that's left is bahamut and Zanarkand all I'll tell you is use pheonix downs when you face zombied bosses, some bosses will come back.

Actually depending on how much time you wanna spend on the game if you wanna beat every side boss and max your stats then it can still be some time, and for hidden Aeons Anima and the magus sisters are all that's left, they tel you how to get them at gamespot.com

You'll probably find that this isn't as friendly a place as some of the other FF sites on the internet, to be honest.

There are plenty of people here who are fans of the games of course, and who are happy to discuss them - but this isn't one of those places where the regulars rave about how much they love the games without much else to say. There are members on here who will make it pretty obvious if they disagree with your opinions in a discussion - sometimes in a blunt, or even abrasive, manner. So long as that's not something that would bother you much though, most likely you'll like it on here if you choose to stick around. =)

Smarties-I'd say Dreamer is only about half to two thirds of the way through to be honest. There is plenty of other shit to get through first, after Bevelle there is the Calm Lands, Mt. Gagzet and then it goes on a fair bit after that.

Nope, I had a very well trained team 3 turns from everyone and bahemoth was down that Ochu looking thing just used delay buster firaga and power break 2 times and he was done, I train hard in the beginning to breeze by in the end.

Yeah, but those 2 turns that he gets always kills Tidus before able..

If You can't execute it w/o being killed have Auron try power break, I think it works I may be wrong, if not have Auron use guard or is it sentinel so he can protect Tidus.

For lower levels, learning when to move the ship can be a great help. At stronger levels there's no need for it but it helps to avoid one of his attacks. If you happen to have quick hit then use it.

It's been a little while since I played X, are you allowed to play Blitzball at that time? Could you win a couple Dark Matters? Would those work on Evrae?

I think you could, but that would take ages hoping for dark matter to come up as a prize.

You can change the prizes. I'll dig up the methodology if she wants to try it. I bet Smarties remembers. I think it's basically get a tournament to come up and if you don't like the prize, exit the Blitzball menu, save and reset the game.

No..the sad part is you can't go play Blitzball I think I am in a total rut.

You aren't in a total rut. You should be able to train as there should be some of the fiends the Guado snuck on board lying around. If all else fails, just kill those till you're stronger. Persistence is usually the answer to beating most bosses.

Havent all the fiends gone by that point? I seem to remember that being the only place its was pretty much impossible to train if the bosses are too hard. Guess you'll just have to keep fighting Evrae and hope you get lucky.

Nope, I'm pretty sure there still around(seeing as I was stuck on Evrae myself I had to get some levels somehow).

Train your party more in the airship by waking around those other summoners. That's what I'm doing right now and it works!
