Let me rephrase that: Do you think there will ever be a Buffy movie starring Sarah Michelle Gellar?

I doubt it. Other then comocs (if their still going) I'm sure that Buffy is finished on T.V. But you never know.

As for the show itself, I have watched most of series, and enjoyed majority of it. However, I thought it declined towards towards the last season or so.

Although not a TV show per se, has anyone read 'Episode 1' of the new Buffy Sesaon 8 comics written by Joss himself?

Aww - I so planned to do the 'uploading buffy comics' thing when I got home from work, but Mandi beat me to it :(

Still, I think it's pretty damn neat. As much as I love comics though, and I understand it gives Joss a lot more creative freedom, I still wish that it was actually a TV show.

...although the budget would be through the roof. Scottish castles? Giant Dawn? Particle effects?

Expensive.

Also, I want Andrew to die, kthx. He's the worst 'nerd' character ever; he was a whingy bitch throwaway character to begin with, and he's a whingy bitch throwaway character now. Especially after that shit he pulled on Angel and Spike.

Andrew is pretty obnoxious sometimes, but I love the episode Storyteller.

I still felt the Scooby gang forgives Andrew too easily. He killed his best and only friend Jonathan and not forgetting the Willow incident and how selfish he can be at times.

( love the cliffhanger for Season 8 comic vol.2! Can wait for teh rest :D )

also, anyone who is a fan of Andrew needs to see the episode of Angel he's in when Angel [and company-- won't spoil etc] go to Europe to find Buffy. it's hilarious and super awesome.

I watched that show just for that redhead friend of hers. That actor is foxy. I think she was the same girl that played the bandgirl in american pie.

I'm mainly reading the comics in hopes of Drusilla returning. And I wonder how they'll cover the events from the end of Angel.

I am pretty sure they'll follow the canon of the Angel comics.

starts when they get on the bed, when they're talking about "feel you inside" you see tara but not willow. you see tara's upper body and it's implied willow is... down there. hilarious. ;-;;
