Here in the Philippines, it's got to be Yu Yu Hakusho.
It's been re-aired for nth times due to persistent public demands. For some reason, the people can never get enough YuYu Hakusho.
hmm. i woudln't know for the US. Cause... i don't know if i should talk about network tv or cable tv. but... assuming its network tv...pokemon? O_o

here in hawaii...there's lots of anime...biggest since i can remember was dragonball z...then next up would be pokemon...but thats only the older set of big hit anime...as of now, bleach and naruto have become mainstreamed...

All the really good animes are kinda mature. Thats probably why the top animes are dragonloafz and pokemon. I mean its not like they could put an unedited version of kenshin or escaflowne on cartoon network.

The biggest anime hit in the us was DBZ it was re-aired a total of 20 times.
This thread is absolutely pointless. The same shows are going to keep popping up and it won't create any worthwhile discussion, so I'm locking the door and throwing away the key.
