this is suppose to be the best kingdom hearts game since it contains 2 discs:

one is the kingdom hearts 2final mix and Re:kingdomhearts Chain of Memories.

which is cool because chain of memories is 3-D but still has the card play.

But on the bright side it's 3-D and some cool dialouge. It was first realesed in

japan of course but there's some beef on whether it'll be shipped to the US. But most likely it will.

if anyone knows for sure about it coming in the US just post.

I'm pretty sure only a handful of people actually know whether or not it's getting a U.S. release.

I got tired of telling everyone about that because they never listen.

The only game worth playing in this Final Mix bundle is Re: Chain of Memories. Otherwise, it's just the original game with a few added extras.

IMO, they should just release Re: Chain of Memories. :-\

If they're going to release Re: Chain of Memories, they might as well release Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix, since it is already has english voice acting and, except for the new cutscenes and abilities, all the translations.

I haven't played it yet (and I do have it), but if it's like the first Final Mix, then the only thing English about the game is the voices. The menus, subtitles, and everything else is in Japanese.

You're probably not going to play through it right now, but when you do, would you mind letting me know how they worked in the fights against the Organization members dispatched in CoM? I've been watching some of them on Youtube and I have to say it's pretty cool, mainly just because I'm a fan of the Organization and I've always felt like those 5 were special because fewer people had played CoM :D

I mean, are they "brought back," or are they retconned?

I know that it is FinalMix+ footage, because they are all in the II engine, not CoM's.

I realized that and looked into it after I asked myself the same thing. Apparently, after you beat the game (not sure but I think you have to do a few things first) and you can unlock a type of "battle arena" mode where you can fight the people from CoM (along with some from the main game like Sephiroth). They don't play a part in the KHII storyline or anything like that so I guess the reason for them being there is so you don't have to play against them using cards.

Like I said, I haven't done it myself because I haven't even started the game yet (just got my Xbox back so I'm spending time with that along with work) but after that, I'll pop it in and try to unlock everything so I'll be able give a better explanation.

Don't count on it.

Kingdom Hearts III on the Wii would be pretty fantastic. It would mean I could actually play it. I haven't really kept up with whether or not that is a possibility, and if it isn't to be, well it isn't too be.

Saw the regular version of KH II tonight at Target for 9.99. I wracked my brains for someone I know who's played I but hadn't got II yet. I couldn't come up with anyone, and it pangs me. That is just too sweet a deal.

Three will definitely only be on the PS3, I'm afraid. It's not the type of game suited to the Wii's 'lighter-weight' mission statement.

Define "lighterweight", considering Manhunt is coming to the Wii. Sure it was reported in the April Game Informer, but it was well outside of the pages of the GameInfarcer section. Though, I wouldn't put it past them to be kidding about something like that.

I assume its not coming to the states. Really, I would be suprised if it did. Its not the first game to have a remixed, or directors cut if you will, version after it was already released in America. But not many of those games come over here...

I still want to play all that extra content in Final Fantasy X. And this remix of KH II looks frickn' awsome. I swear, i'm going to start learning Japanese this summer. And I will speak, read, and understand it PERFECTLY! For the sake of RPG gaming, of course.

If you surround yourself with a shitload of Japanese kinds of things, you'll start picking up a few things here and there. Ever since I played Initial D: Special Stage on my PS2 (nothing about it is English), I've managed to pick up a few words here and there. After I played that for a while, I starting watching the anime in Japanese. My Japanese isn't nearly good or anything, but now it's to the point where I can understand the things I need in order to get the story. Of course there's on drawback to that; I still can't read the language :P.
