Does anyone else watch this Anime from Manga corp. called fist of the North Star? last year i was watching it on Showtime Beyond and i got hooked. Also, a couple of days ago i saw the movie on Sci-fi channel, it was the worst portrailel of an anime brought to real life ever. has anyone else seen the movie or seen the show?

Hey! I believe that i have seen the human version of Fist of the North Star. It's the one where the bad guy pokes holes through the good guy with his fingers and steals his "damsel in distress" right? Sorry, but that's the only scene I remember if that is even the right movie. I thought that the action was good, lots of HIYAS! and KAPOWS! I didn't really get the storyline, then again, I was about 10.

ive seen the film, but i think the characters play different parts than in the series. the film is pretty gruesome, dunno wot the series is like.

well, i've watched parts of it. on the whole, it was pretty bad. watchable, but nothing special.... sort of accidentally funny, i think. XD

Also it seems to me that anime rarly turns real very well, if you look at guyver the movie it sucks extreemly.

I've seen the first movie, and have the manga and the real movie. I like the manga because it goes more in depth and has a lot more story.

I've, uh, played the arcade game... it involved punching six different things at the right time but there was little way to know when was the right time besides the fact that they'd move slightly closer to you, but the actual "correct" timing had no way to know where it was and it resulted in it being ridiculously difficult.

this was a pretty cool show. i saw a few episodes either on international channel (now called azn) or on action (part of the starz/encore package of channels)

i just saw random eps. and then forgot about. looks good though.
