Do some searches for halo one and two.

Suikoden II has "Battlefield Without Light", which you can find on one of the SuikoGaiden albums. And though it may not be what you're looking for, Ar tonelico has some pretty trippy vocal pieces -- these are all on the Hymmnos Concert albums. A weird choir, but one nevertheless.

Rogue Galaxy's title screen theme(bar that, I don't know where it's played or what it's called) and Gran Lowe Cathedral(.hack//G.U.) err on the softer side of things, but they're very majestic.
