Right.

So I'm bored out of my mind and went to digging in my piles of old PSX games and I find Intelligent Qube.

Awesome, right?

Well, the original disc is scratched to fuck and back. But all hope is not yet lost! I have a CD-R that apparently has where I did some kind of fucked up backing up process when I was big into emulating shit on my PC and it has a .ccd file, a .img file, a .cue file and a .sub file on it.

Thing is, I don't remember how to convert these things back so I can burn them to a disc and play it on my old mod-chipped PSX (that still works, I just finished checking it to make sure and it fired up Valkyrie Profile with no trouble).

I'm really wanting to play Intelligent Qube again, anyone have any ideas on what I can do to convert these files back so that my old Playstation will read it?

I usually used Nero to create a CD-Image of it, and then used the image to create another copy whenever I wanted to use my chipped PSX over an emulator. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that Nero only needs the .img to create a CD.

First off, you're going to need to test those files. Get a PSX Emulator and run that .cue file; and make sure it's in the same folder as the other files. If it works, nothing is corrupted and you're good to go.

Get a copy of Alcohol 120% and burn that .cue file, it should pick up the rest of the files accordingly, or show what files need to be added as the actualy CD burnable. It could also be that .img file that you have.

If none of that works, try burning the other files, but you should get it to work on at least the .img or .cue files.

Alcohol 120% did the trick, thanks!

It went off the .ccd file for some reason, though.

Hm, that's weird; but works! You're welcome.
