Talk about Crash bandicoot games here, I shall be giving small reviews of them.


Firstly:

Crash Bandicoot 1

The adventure starts here, I loved this game to bits as a kid and could never put it down it really set the milestone down for other platformers and remains as one of the best. I remeber playing each level about 10 times because I could not get enough of it. 10/10

Best Part: Beating Pinstripe- it took me ages.

I've never been a fan of these games, I guess they never caught my attention.

The only crash games I could get into were CTR and Crash Bash. All the rest were shite IMO.

Crash 2

Well after having played Crash 1 to death I was eager for Crash 2 when it did come out I bought it immediantly and then was amazed how it had topped the original in every way! Crash 2 is the best Crash game out there and I have nothing bad to say about it. 10/10 - happy now? (rolf)

best part:completeting the game 100%(finally) and having a feeling of deep satisfaction.

Crash 3

Crash 3 was a great game the levels were great and you even got to play as cocoa bandicoot aswell but one thing i will never forget about this game is: it's the first time you see dingodile! 10/10

Best part: seeing and beating dingodile for the first time, I think he rocks! :)

This is the best series!
That the one I prefer of all video games of the world! =)
I'm a very very very big fan of Crash Bandicoot.
Especially, Warped and Twinsanity are the better to me.
And soundtracks were always good!

MCP ithink you should just edit your reviews and give us detail,say about why you like these game,why you like specific moments,like the "best parts" bits of your review and how each game advanced like from crash 2 -3 on crash 3 you get special abilities for beating a boss.

didn't expect this,for them to turn a platformer into a racer, but I must say it worked out pretty well racers with weapons and cartoonish charecters may be considered childish but if ya gave this game a chance you would be surprised with the addictive and clever gameplay though Crash's head was way too big and what happened to dingodiles tail? 9/10

The Crash games were excellent until Noughty Dog stopped developing them.

Crash Bandicoot is one of my most favorite game series of all time! The first time I knew about him was about 6-7 years ago, it was a great game. The first game I owned was "Wrath of Cortex" for Gamecube. Later I got a PS2 and started collecting all the Crash games I could find. The first I found was CTR, and the last one I found was the 1st game. I made an oath that I would own every single Crash game ever made, and I pretty much succeeded. I can't wait till Crash of the Titans comes out for Wii! BTW, check out this cool pic I made. It has Crash & Cortex. Cortex has accidently done something he shouldn't have to another VG/Anime Character, and is getting the punishment he deserves. I added other characters like Mario & Sonic for the heck of it.
I coulda done better, but I'll stick with this for now.

Crash of the Titans is the next game of the serie, wich coming on October 2007. It's coming on XBOX 360, DS, PSP, PS2, Wii, and GBA.
I am happy to know that the game is also coming on the PS2, I tought the console was dead.

It's pretty far from dead my friend. It'll live on a bit more.

EDIT: I don't really like everyone's appearance change in the game. Crash & N. Gin are alright, but everyone else looks down right awful. I mean, Aku Aku & Uka Uka don't look like Twins anymore, and Cortex doesn't look as cool & crazy as before. Something tells me that Titans will be a more serious sequel then what Twinsanity & CTTR were.

I think Aku Aku is very different than in others games. Crash has also changed, and all the characters in fact. I am sure, the game will be very funny and awesome ! :-P :-P

You know. All this time of thinking about Crash Bandicoot has made me think of this question. Remember the "Evolvo-Ray" that Cortex used to mutate all of his minions (along with Crash, Coco, & Crunch), I'm starting to wonder, what would happen, if Cortex's Evolvo-Ray was used on a Human?

If the Evolvo-Ray was used on a human, the same thing should appears. The human become a bad character, like the animals that Cortex used. Sure, Crash, Coco & Crunch were exception ...

Yeah, but there would have to be a mutation affect. I think they made those other creatures on Cortex's Side were used with the Cortex Vortex (I think). The evolvo-ray only mutated them.

haven't played a crash game in a fuckin minute, but i always did enjoy the one's i had. here's how i rate them...

2 > 1 > 3 > never played the rest
