FFXII is finally hitting on shores tomorrow. So who's preordered, who's forgot about it entirly and who really, really has better things to spend their money on.

Me, I forgot to preorder and will just have to hope they have some left.

I really want to get my hands on the game, but ill have to wait a little more because I live in Cyprus. Still, its finally coming to Europe :D

So will the collector's edition be available for you guys? Not that it matters, I could have done the retrospective better, on iMovie with sockpuppets :-P

It was due out on the 23rd of February but it was out before that date. I ordered myself a copy two days ago. ^

I dont think i will buy a copy just yet, but will be buying the piggyback guide for the game, will be able to find out if it has any differences to the ntsc version like omegamarkXII in the j version and whatever. I dont think their will be a problem buying without preordering. Will buy the game probably with the ps3 come 23rd march :D, unless the ps3 plays ntsc ps2 games, and i dont think it does.

I'll be buying the guide too eventually but what I want to know is what is the difference between 'The Complete Guide' and the guide by 'Daujam Mathieu' which as the description states is exactly the same. The only difference is it looks more like a book with a nice cover on it and the difference in price. I like both but I don't want to buy both just for the difference of cover.

I havent ordered it no but I intend buying it. I dont know a thing about this game and im glad tbh. I never really looked at trailers or things for the other FF's so id like to keep the secrets in this game secret.

I'm in the U.S., but congrats to those of you who will finally be able to play this! I look forward to hearing all of your thoughts on the game, and of course, welcome any strategy questions that may come up. P.S.: For those that are worried about spoilers, I do try to keep a tight leash on them here. And generally, if you just click over to the last page of the Q+A thread and ask your question and say you don't want spoilers, you can be assured that you'll get only the info you need.

I bought it today, along with the "limited edition" guide book, looks all flashy in hardback

the game looks fantastic, only had a quick chance to play it, but it does look good fun

I have had it for 2 days now, but have only found the time to play it for 2 hours. I'm ashamed at myself. The new battlesystem is quite fun once you get used to it.

I started a bit more properly today, and 3 hours just disappeared lol

Im very disapointed..i preordered my copy from CDWOW on Jan 4th...it was released on 23rd and was despatched to me on 27th, it still hasnt found my doorstep yet....

Also, i had to pay a whole �1 more for preordering because they droppedd their price from �32.99 to �31.99 soon after i ordered it!!

Hopefully ill be making more of an appearance in the FFXII section pretty soon....

I finally got it today. I'm gonna try it out for the first time in a bit. It's got a 10/10 sticker on the front. I guess it can't be that bad!

I just started the game and watched quite a decent introduction and now I'm already into learning how to fight. I am very fond of the battle system as of yet and this is only just the beginning. I'm not going to spoil anything so I'll just wait for you to get a copy yourself and see what you think.

I got the game last saturday. And damn I love it. I'm hopelessly addicted, I spend every free minute I have playing the game.

Just thought id update my situation, its the 2nd March at just gone 12 (midday) and im at work.

I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY GAME!!

It was apparenlty despatched on 27th thought i recieved a reply from them saying it was despatched YESTERDAY?!?

For love of God!!...the next opportunity i will get to play will be Monday if the game shows up then. Ive had other things ordered later yet have come through a lot quicker....sorry to ramble but i just thought after reading Prak's critisism thread, If Prak doesnt like it, then it must be good!
