I've been looking for these for quite a long while.

The Hey You, Pikachu! soundtrack on the main site only has 4 songs in it.

If someone can upload these, it would be deeply appreciated!

How about the complete Hey You, Pikachu! soundtrack? I just downloaded GoronMoron's, but it only has 4 tracks...
