So after alot of work I managed to get the Mascot Dress Sphere (go me!). I also had an AP egg so getting the ribbon ability for all three girls was about an hours work (Via Infinito, tun into alot of Jumbo Cactuars 42ap per fight, given that you kill the little ones too).
All these strategies I somehow managed to think of myself *pat on the back*. Also, I like to tell about my game experiences.
So on my way down into the maze, I came across several interesting enemies. One of them was the Concherer. Damn he was actually piss easy (3 maxed Berserkers with whatever asseccories) and a couple of Phoenix Downs was all you really needed.
Then I came across Chac. Holy shit, I was about to give up playing the game when I finally got a little bit of luck trying to beat him. His Petrify-who-ignores-even-ribbons pissed me off royally. 2 Gunners and one Berserker is what did it in the end. Everyone needs Auto-Haste really, the Gunners Cat Nips and the Berserker Ragnarok and the Garment Grid that gives you Auto-Life by passing through the green icon. Auto-Life casted on Berserker and make her use Mega-Phoenix, then go Trigger Happy. He was dubbed the most annoying boss from the game.
Then Paragon. He looked more impressive then he was really. He did get me two times but I was just trying to figure out his attacks and strenghts and stuff. So I won with not too much effort.
Then Trema. I was excited!
Wouldn't you be? I mean, he's the boss of bosses (well he can control other fiends so the boss of bosses would be right). First time he cast Ultima, I wasn't happy. Later I discovered he has only 999mp, so I used one Soul Spring. I think I almost cried at how ridiculously easy he then becomes. The only thing this fight takes is: time. 15 minutes or so? My Mascots were hitting him for about 400 per hit. That didn't do. So I had Paine use her super Cactuar Attack and had Yuna restore her MP with Moogle Jolt. Rikku was using some Bushido ability which does more damage as you defeat more enemies, which worked really well and hit for about 4000.
After I won, it didn't really feel like a victory. Sure I was excited to win the Iron Duke, but if this was the hardest the game had to offer, I was really disapointed.
I finished the game for a 100%, did every mini game, found/aquired any asseccory in the game and only have one more thing to do: See every fiend in oversoul state. But Trema was just a big let down. =(
