Well, if you haven't read the latest issue of Game Now! or haven't been looking around the net... or whatever... =P

MGSX (a port of MGS2) for the X-Box has some added features... including something that makes me upset (as a PS2 Owner). This is the ability to play as Snake in the Plant level. Places that Raiden couldn't reach are now unlocked for Snake, Nastasha will return as Snake's aid in the mission and a gunfight with Ocelot will occur during Snake's game.

Of course, you are doing all this while Raiden is doing his mission... meaning that you will have to help Raiden during certain situations (like the Sniper part).

Well... hopefully Konami will release this for the PS2 (since they do owe us Americans... the Japanese and Euro Versions have the bonus stuff...) Course if they don't.... it's my lost because I won't buy an X-Box for that one game.

Dammit! I bought the PS2 version, why couldn't they have just put that stuff in there!?

Anyway, are you saying you play the game from Snake's point of view, as in your objectives are completely different? And Raiden is controlled by the cpu?

Yes and Yes... but you have to play and beat the game as Raiden (in other words, you cannot play as Snake until you beat Raiden's Mission)

Hmm... the controls are gonna make life harder on the X-Box... buttons being all round and all.

If they released that for PS2... i'd definately buy it, since I'd like that different point of view. I wouldn't buy an XBox though ;_;
