So I went through a few pages and found that there are no Diablo 2 game threads. Does no one play this remarkable game? Well, if you don't, please, go out, buy and then buy the expansion. It's really fun playing it online multiplayer. And if you do play it, post your account name here (as well as which server you play on i.e. USEast/USWest/Europe etc) and maybe we can play together. Diablo 2 is fun... for about 10 or 15 minutes at a time.

Sigh... I'm going to have to side with the "pro" side of "Diablo". It may be repetitive, but hot damn, those were some of the best times of my life, just crashing after a rough day of school and work, to slay the masses!

Diablo II is still cool, I restart once in a while... It is also a classic, so it will never grow old on me.

I first played the game at the local internet cafe and then got addicted to it.I then bought my own copy.I then got bored and started a very small leveling service for the dumbasses at the cafe.I would get paid 50 bucks and free bar food just to spend my sunday leveling a sorc up to 70...its an awesome game, and an easy way to steal money from rich kids.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that, after a year of not playing, now you can fight an Uber version of Andy (apparently her mother O_o) by collecting three keys in hell. I have only the name of one of these keys; Hate.
Needless to say, I like the name. The Hate Key. How hardcore is that? I've been walking around since saying it. The Hate Key....The Hate Key. :cD

Those Ubers are NO JOKE. Me and and a friend of mine transmuted all three of our keys and got 1 out of 3 random areas. The uber we fought was Izual. Now, I gotta tell you...at Lvl. 83 and his Hammerdin at Lvl. 87, we can pretty much take on anything...but...Uber Izual fucking ass-raped us! I mean he regenerates lost hp, he's harder to hit, he uses Frost Nova like it's going out of style, he is incredibly fast and his sword hits smack you around like Tina Turner. Good luck, dood...cause you are gonna need it.

Actually played it today, was bored, got upto level 12 so meh, got bored duelling people, too easy to get cash I reckon.

Anyway, I have had the game since the day it came out. I installed it again at the beginning of last summer because I had a lot of free time to burn. It's starting to grow old again, though.

While I found the original Diablo to be fun and innovative in it's day (1996), the second one held no appeal for me. It was extremely repetative and required little in the way of strategy (compaired to other hack&slash games).

Nah I don't actually play diablo I remeber seeing something about a secret cow level in a magazine.

I used to really be into Diablo 2 for a long time. For about 3 1/2 years straight I did nothing but play D2 for at least 8-12 hours a day... as soon as school let out I was on and during the weekends... I was on, lol. I had a kick ass Lv.99 Paladin but I decided it was time to let the game go awhile back and deleted him forever... I've tried getting back into the game lately but it's just not the same now. I've explored the game so much that there's nothing left to explore and the game just isn't as exciting as it used to be.
