Are you sure about this dood? It could be a spoiler in the U.S.

Hey! There isn't any track music! There's only menu & story Music!

yeah.

I'm assuming by "new tracks" he meant stuff not featured on the n64 version. I guess a lot of the tracks have recurring music from the n64 game then. (Not complaining :D)

I'll keep waiting for a good quality, full rip. Obviously that's unexpected at this point. :P Good stuff anyway.

Yes, I didn't include ANYTHING that was in the original DKR, wouldn't be possible to include Character Select, Central Area, and Boulder Canyon, as anyone who has experience with the .USFs for the N64 version(and the built-in Jukebox on the N64 version)will know.
Besides, the resused music wasn't as good quality as on the N64.

Actually, I saw a video for one of the stages of the game. I thought it was amusing.

/cry ;_;

Even still, for the sake of completeness and those who haven't played the original and don't have the original's soundtrack... I'm still waiting for a full rip. Not asking you to do it, because I know it'll happen pretty quickly anyway. This is certainly a nice tide-over though, I don't mean to belittle it. Thanks again ;)

The missing Beach tracks from my rip:

As for a full rip, I don't have any plans to do so, mainly because of the problems with Character Select, Central Area, and Boulder Canyon.

What about Ancient Lake, Jungle Falls, Hot Top Volcano, Windmill Plane, or Haunted Woods?

I just got this game, and the music is pretty cool. It's 35 percent better then the N64 Music. If someone can, could someone rip the entire soundtrack? I really like the Jungle Music the soundtrack here. I'm looking forward to listening to all the music from the DS version.

I'm thinking about doing it myself, if I can get a cable for it in the near future.

Gaaah.

I'll see how that one looks when he uploads it.

EDIT: Oh wait. Downloading then.

EDIT2: Haven't listened to any of it yet. However, looks like it's incomplete, though it has most of it. I still might try my hand at my own...if I can ever get it working *grumble*

There's no denying the music sounds worse with no real reason for it - Mario's music sounded almost exactly like the N64.

You mean in Super Mario 64 DS? Yes, it did sound the same. And I deny the fact that DKRDS music is worse. It sounded pretty neat to me!

Some of the sounds aren't as good, I agree... but I like the soundtrack enough to listen to it certainly.

It certaintly didn't sound the same as on the N64, though.
