on the comments on that link it says the song is called "Yuria...Forever" by Crystal King. I'm trying to find it for them, I just don't know where else to go.

Nope, as far as I know the song is called "Urban Utopia" by a guy called Leon Carr, as part of the Reinforced Records soundtrack done for the English dub.

It doesn't seem to be anywhere on the net (except there on youtube), so I ripped it to an mp3 eventually... I'll try putting it up somewhere soon.
