The quality of the Mini-CD is not as good as the full gamerip, but then again, the Mini-CD was the first gamerip I ever made...
Provided that both of those archives still have the included TXT and SFV files, I'm fine with them being shared around. If they don't have those files, let me know and I'll upload them.
