Here is the soundtrack for Cosmic Fantasy 2, including the japanese versions of the opening & closing songs. I was going to upload CF1, but since there's only a few redbook audio tracks, I realised that there was a bunch of PSG tracks, so I need to find a way to get all those songs. But, here's the 2nd game for now:)

I played this through one time, tried to do it again, but it felt so slow and tedious. It was probably the mood I was in or something, but a good classic nonetheless....

Uhhh, oh yeah, thanx for this, too...

No problem! This is THE game that got me into RPG's! So it holds a special place in my heart!

Heehee. This is another game my friend had and it's probably the one I remember best, he was obsessed with the thing. We'd all take turns playing to level up and even after he finished it, we'd still joke about the dubbing (I think for a good few months, someone would randomly bust out with "Galem... YOU PIG!" in the middle of a conversation.. usually leading to half of us reciting the entire speech). It was the first game our little group saw that had animated scenes, we were so easily impressed.

So thanks ^_^ It's great to hear the Japanese songs too!

This was one of the best RPG's that I've played. The story was a feat for its time when you think about how epic it was and how it continued. Story continuations in RPG's were rare in those times.

The ending of CF2 still chokes me up as does the significance of the track 7 My Beloved One.

The ending theme song was one of its best of its days. I am getting all nostalgic again. ^_^

Excited to get the CF 3 and 4 soundtracks. Do you by chance have access to CF 1 also?

Thank you for your hard work and doing this. I have been waiting for this for years! How did you access the music data? When I put in my cds usually it doesn't recognize most of the tracks unless they are redbook. If I remember I could never find a cd player or computer cd player that can access the CF music.

Thank you!

I haven't played this one in a decade, at least! Fond memories of it...plus it's a Working Designs game! Thanks for this! :D

All of the music in CF2 is redbook, so that wasn't a problem. I have CF1, but, most of the music is PSG, so, I can do one of two things. One, record as many PSG songs as possible, without having to go thru the entire game, or 2, find someone to make an HES file, so I can record all the songs from that. That's what I did with the Dragon Slayer Legend of Heroes 2 ost among others. 3, IIRC, is all redbook, but I'll check beforehand. 4 does have some PSG, but I have an HES file for it, so I can record whatever I need from that. This is alot of work, & I must say again, that I can't guarentee every game to have the songs in the correct order. I'm mainly just trying to get the stuff out there for all to hear & enjoy, then anyone can edit the names, so that they are in any order they like:)

Yeah, I would like both the PSG and the Red-book Audio of this RPG as well.
