I got it today by impluse and 10 dollars discount, it's fucking sadistic and a memorization game, not a rythem game, still nice music, but how can a hack like Ashely Simpson make it on?

These are the covers right? Some of the covers sound a heck of a lot better than the originals. (La La, Without A Fight, You're the Inspiration, and Walkie Talkie Man all being good examples.)

Actually, all the songs are performed by different people/artists than the originals. In the credits they list who original performed the song as well as who performed it for the game. It was probably to keep costs down, but unless you are really picky about authenticity they still sound really well done.
