Yes, ladies and gents (to all the Fallout fans out there) an official Fallout Pen and Paper RPG is in the works, and has been for many months.

It's release date was recently pushed back from a pre-Christmas release to "Quarter 1 2007" so it may be another month or two....

More info can be found on the developer's site:
http://www.gluttoncreeper.com/page3.html

There is also a forum linked from the site that has sadly been lacking in membership numbers, so please, join up and post your Fallout-related ideas!

(note: I am not the developer or in any way affiliated with Glutton Creeper games, I am just a true Fallout fan that yearns to spread the word.

Happy Gaming!

Oh, and for those who don't know what I'm talking about, Fallout is a post-apocalyptic computer RPG set in post WW3 California. Google it to see one of the best RPGs ever developed!

Could be interesting, if the PnP game can keep the setting's flavor.

Being PnP, whether it keeps the flavor or not is up to the people playing the game. Of course, I find that to be a good thing.

Man, this is really sweet. Fallout (both of them) has been my favourite game since it was released. And apparently there has been a fallout PnP game before, but i think it was more or less a d20 adaptation of the rules from the two original games together with stats for the usual enemies (raiders, ghouls super-muties and whatnot) it'll be great to actually hold a fallout PnP RPG book in my hands. I hope that the guy who did the covers for F1 and F2 does the cover for the book as well.

Well, the book was delayed several times, so it isn't actually out yet (should be in the next couple of weeks, but I'm getting a bit frustrated with waiting)

I believe some scenarios are slated for release not long after the Survival Guide comes out (which is now for "Exodus Post-Apocalyptic RPG" instead of Fallout d20, though it is still the same game)
