Here is the Music section of the credits. The problem in figuring out who composed the music you downloaded is that it doesn't actually appear in the game. The game came with 1 or 2 bonus CDs (I don't remember) that had extra 60s-style music to listen to, which is what is available to download here. The ingame soundtrack is totally different.

Do you mean this one (http://vgmdb.net/album/6060)? There's a FLAC torrent of it here (http://rutracker.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2889842). I don't recall any specific remix CD, but I do remember some remixes of the tracks off the original In The Lounge. Didn't really care for it though.

Yeah, I just recently re-acquired the NOLF 2 gamerip, 160kbps CBR, and uploaded it to Mediafire (http://www.mediafire.com/?dr6fzoe17a167z0) again. I tought it would be a smart thing to open up a new thread for easier visibility and easiness of search, so here it is (http://forums.ffshrine.org/f72/guy-whitmore-no-one-lives-forever-2-a-114686/#post2007369). No luck on the remix CD of the first OST, but I don't particularily care for that one all that much anyway.
