Can anyone explain to me what on earth they are, and what they were telling Ashe when she got teleported to talk to them. All I got was that they chose her for something, and gave her the Treaty Sword to multiply the nethecite.

i can tell you wat occuria are...they are immortal beings from Final Fantasy XII. Referred by some as gods, the Occuria race played a vital role in the history of Ivalice, the most prominent as the creators of the Espers and being responsible in granting powers to the King Raithwall to conquer the countries of Ivalice. The Occuria desired control of the history and future of ivalice.
