Konami is to give the responsability to distribute it! It was the same case with assault suit valken which was not produced by Konami, but by NCS, and was rebatiser Cybernator!O:]

And the Turbo Grafx/PC Engine version was done by Riverhill Soft, & then distributed by Hudson Soft. It's like how Ys Ark of Napishtim was made originally by Falcom, but then remade for PS2 & PSP by Konami.
