No, it's not an OST (I don't think there is a proper OST due to the included sound test available at the start of the game) I think Mother 3+ is mostly remixed tracks and stuff, only one disc.

No, that's the game's audio. What I'm looking for is a rip of the Soundtrack, which was released on CD in Japan on early November. It's called "MOTHER3+"
