Okay I was watching a trailer with my friends yesterday.
It looked really good.

it had a little girl on it with blonde hair kinda curled, like a dutchesses daughter.
and it kept flashing to a boy looking into a glass and could see her life and stuff.
It was quite sad.
and then it shows her pushed against a wall and a boy saying he loved her holding a knife then as he goes t stab her the trailer changed scene into some cool music and stuff.

It has 3 OVA: Cossette no Shouzou


And there is an anime with the name Cossette coming soon 2007.
Not sure whether it is related or not.

And the title suits what you mention.

Yup. But that is a TV series which will start in year 2007.

You can already get Le Petit Cosette on dvd. Perhaps they're doing more episodes, but I'd want to see the original stuff first anyways.
