I would like to know from you guys, how you think Final Fantasy has evolved over the years, from 1 till 12 where it is today...

What are the major changes, which were good, which bad.

-systems
-music
-setting
-characters

etc.

After part 1 it went downhill. I only play with my Atari Lynx now.
