umm... im up to the piano section, where you play the keyboard. i have to fight a monster and it kills me every time, my people are on level 63, is there any easier way to beat these monsters

yes, you don't have to fight the monster, there is a certain order to the sequence on the piano. i suggest you consult an faq.

Remember this: if you don't play the piano in the correct way, you'll end up stuck. That is what's happening to me now. I'm playing FFX-2 again, and I'm hopelessly stuck on the piano section. The lasers kept repelling me. I couldn't move on.

And I'm still stuck and very sad while thinking about it, as I type the period of this sentence. Seriously. :(

The problem is, everytime I try to go and fight the monster, those laser things keeps on repelling me, so I can't figth the monster. :(

Hrm, that is very unusual. I can't recall ever hearing of that happening. Where is it that you're being repelled? Have you made it up to the point just before the monster?

No, I don't. That's why I'm stuck. There's this laser hovering near to where the monster is located and everytime I try to go fight the monster or go beyond that point, the stupid laser repels me, and throws me back. I tried playing the pianos in the area, but they won't play! So now, I'm hopelessly stuck. I left the labyrinth(and the farplane), hoping that it would somehow reset, but no luck. :(

Hrm. Just to confirm, where exactly are you? Is the part you're stuck at the area at the last save point, where you receive Paine's Sphere?

Well yes, but I still haven't got Paine's sphere. You know, the farplane area with flowers and the LeBlanc syndicate is in there, and LeBlanc can sell items to you.

I'm in the first area after where you enter this big orange glowing portal. I played the pianos the first time and I think I played it wrongly. So now, I can't get past the first area because this laser kept deflecting me back. I hoped that if I left the area, it would reset so I can play the piano again... but still no luck.

Hrm, I think after you go in, there's a platform just a bit to the left and down --- did you step on that? When you step on the platform, it's supposed to tell you which notes to play.

I'm tempted to say "yes," although hang on. Lemme try loading up my own savefile and see if I can in anyway duplicate this problem. I'd like to check this out myself...

Well, there's always Scene / Dialogue Skip. If you haven't used it before, you'd be surprised how helpful it is. But of course, that also depends to some degree on how much other stuff you've done in Chapter 5 before heading to the Farplane Abyss.

I've done everything actually, I think, except for the Via Infinito sidequest.

Yup, it's a red laser.

Annoying little sucker, isn't it? Have you tried hopping it, using the circle button? That's what I tried doing just now. Took a couple tries, but managed to get past the thing.
