I don't know. It just says 'machine won't allow connection' or something along those lines. Then it freezes.

No kidding! A while back they banned Arc for some so-called spamming despite his massive contributions to the FTPs. And when I tried to defend him, I was wrongfully banned over a ban evasion that NEVER occured.
