i was able to upload the complete ost for street fighter 2 v the famous anime;i know its old,but street fighter freaks like me will be overjoyed to download those soundtracks,hope galbadia hotel features this ost in their music-download links.this ost is NOT available in u.s,so i had to order the original OST CD directly from japan and then rip it here.you will have to register(its free) to view the URL(the last line of this thread).have fun!!!!

thanks for your post.but sadly,if you downloaded the entire OST and still didn't find it then the track your looking for is probably is not there(more than one of my favorite tracks are actually missing unfortunately);these tracks are ripped from the original OST CD from japan,and-atleast to my knowledge-thats the most comprehensive source for these sound tracks.sorry!!!

Do you mean the actual song or the instrumental version? I only saw the dub of it and from what I remember about that scene it was an instrumental version playing. I do actually have the song but not the instrumental version. As far as I am aware the instrumental version of Forever Friends is not available on a CD. All these tracks is very good. I have been looking for a while now but I have found most of my favorites.... All but one. I am very saddened to hear this.

I know the track you mean. It's the remixed version of "hadou" and it's such a nice melody... too bad it's one of those tracks that's never released.. :( That track also plays when Ryu fight Bison alone. Right before he does the 3 super move assaults on him...

Anybody know about the music that was played in the hong kong episode. It was in the beginning of the episode the part where ken and ryu were in the taxi and also when they were sparring in the penthouse sweep? Also that episode where ryu is practicing hadou under the old man in episode 6 anybody know what song that is? The music in that episode plays when the old man starts creating a blue orb of hadou and also when he attempted to blow the candle out for a few seconds. Something like that lol anybody know?

sorry for that,the original OST cd didn't include some tracks by default thats why many of us here are trying to find the missing tracks on their own.but finding this CD certainly WASN'T easy,trust me.btw,wanna help us out in finding more tracks??

I hate to be the burden of bad news but you will probably never find the missing tracks as only two CDs were released for the anime as far as I am aware (the other being a best collection which only contains a couple of tracks from SF2 V which are songs anyway not instrumentals).

Aside from someone ripping them which would be difficult anyway since all the missing tracks have talking over them I doubt they will ever turn up. I really hope I'm wrong as I love the instrumental track where Cammy attacks Balrog and then lets him go.

But this wouldn't be the first time tracks aren't included. One of my all time favorite games (Tear Ring Saga) is actually missing one track on the official OST which I have and it's one of my favorite tracks from the game too. What's irritating is that it's the only track (of about 80) to be missing. We should be grateful that there is at least an OST though as some series aren't even lucky enough to get that (the anime series, Tenshi na Konamaiki for example).

There could be a number of reasons why tracks aren't included. The two most common being lack of space on the CD so some have to be cut or in the case of numerous composers for a game/series then copyright reasons might be involved preventing some from a certain composer if an agreement cannot be reached.

Oh and thanks for the instrumental track Brusier to Forever Friends. I have the song to that but have been trying to find that instrumental version for years now. It's actually on the SF2V Forever Friends single which is extremely hard to find now and has been out of print for a long time now. The same applies to the actual SF2V OST itself which is why it is also extremely hard to find.

I hate it when they do that it seems like the tracks they leave out are the best the series has to offer but thanks for giving me a reply to that one i'm sure it's going to take forever to find those songs

Hey, guys, I've noticed there are some variations of that "Hadou-ken theme". I.E. the BGM of the scene in which Chun-Li fights Vega and the scene in which brainwashed Ryu and Ken unleash their special moves against each other (right after "Forever Friends"). Does anyone know if those variations are also available for download?
Note: I use the Japanese character naming. I.E. when I say Vega, it's M.Bison in America.

one thing that u might to consider is if you want an even clearer hadou try the fight with vega because they dont have many high pitched noises or use the 1 in one of the fight to finish episodes i believe it was the first 1 towards the end

My only dissappointment is the best song in the anime is still not available. It's the remix/flute song that plays in various parts of the anime.

Although your rip of "Power of Hadou 2" is just a wav/mp3 rip of the sounds played during the ryu vs ken fight which includes all the sound fx and japanese voices. There has to be some dvd player that disables "voices and sound fx" so the music would play alone. Unless the dvd files aren't able to seperate the sound layers...

The best song and it's not on the ost... why did they not include it? argg.. ever since I saw this in 1998, I wanted that song the most!

as far as i've read, the "flute song" isnt included in the OST? (i can remember they played that song when bison was passing by in his car when ryu was training to fire his "fireball" for the first time on the beach.
is there anyone who has that soundtrack? i have tried to find that song for ages and just now i saw it on youtube and i want it so bad :(

The first is the remix hadou song from when ken and ryu both did they hadou on each other and the second one is also the remix song when ken does the hadou sho ryu.
This is the best I could do with free software I had to take out the voices I've ripped from the dvd's. Hope this helps

Sorry, I've been gone for a long time people...I've decided to lump together a few parts that weren't on the OST. In this zip file is the Ken Escape scene, the Ryu vs Ken Hadou fight, two versions of the old man healing hadou style(I wanted to rip this both ways to see if there was any difference, I couldn't really tell if there was, but I figured just to put them both up anyway), andI also put up the same old man theme when Dhalsim was talking. I did my best to remove the voices/other sound effects, it's not 100% but its worth the download.
