Of course Illinois has to come high, it's fantastic. Michigan and Seven Swans too. In The Aeroplane Over The Sea is more an album tied to a concept than an actual concept album, but it is pretty much one of my favourite (if not number one) album of all time. The National's Sad Songs For Dirty Lovers is excellent, more tied to the concept of love (especially the sad points thereof) than a geographical place or time.

Uh.. Basically. I dunno.
