i heard that to get the ffx-2 secret ending you have to get 100%! but i just completed it for the second time (using new game +) and in the farplane after defeating vegnagun and shuyin, i kept pressin the "X" button to let yuna see tidus, but instead the fayth came and asked me if i wanted to see him!! i said yes and after the credits it shown me the secret video! but the strange thing is.... i only had 87% not 100%! so im quite confused....

The scene where Tidus returns is merely the good ending. The perfect ending is the one you get for reaching 100%, which is an entirely different scene than the one you saw and is shown after the good ending if you've earned it.

HeyHey Someone spoiler the Perfect ending. I only saw the one when Tidus comes back on the net and I saw the other one when I completed the game XD

All I know is that it is Tidus talking to Yuna....I have no idea what they speak of though, I myself never got the ending. But from what I've heard, sounds like a waste.

theres an apocaliptic ending too. let the girls die during the final fights with vegnagun...

There are five endings, apparently. I've only seen two though.....

The regular, The Good, The Pefect, and the Bad.

I have no idea about this fifth one, but I know of those four.

Haha! I saw fifth ending, and the other one to. I ended game 3 times, and i had 100%.

And about it, yes it is, tidus talking to yuna. If you realy want to see that ending you could go to :www.youtube.com and searh final fantasy x2 secret ending, but in my opinion, much beather is when you end FFX2 for you own. (my engilsh maybe isn't god becouse i come from "other" country)

well I've acquired the perfect ending years ago...... I have like 30047 hours on this game.......I'll sum up the perfect ending for those of you who want to know......

*SPOILERS*

It shows Tidus and Yuna standing in Zanarkand.........Tidus says "I have a theory.....I think the Fayth gathered up all their thoughtsto bring me back...."
Then Yuna says " so, you'll dissappear again?"
Tidus then turns to Yuna, grasping her and hugging her and says "Cherish me, Yuna....and I'll cherish you... That's the only way we'll be together....."
There is a small moment of silence.....then Yuna pushes Tidus off the edge into the water........then Tidus says "Hey, That's not cherishing"
to which Yuna replies...." you didn't dissappear"
the camera slowly pans upward.....the end.....

sorry if it's not exact.....haven't seen it in forever.....

after i get the good ending all i see is monkeys in zanarkand..............

whoa, 5 endings?? i thought there was just the normal ending, and an extra ending if you got a good percent... i finished it once with 94%.
so could someone quickly list the endings, by not giving anything away? (i mean like:
good ending - YRP eat cheese
bad ending - YRP eat socks
that kind of thing.)

Seen it. It's kinda fun, but nothing ultra-thrilling. It's sort of like the alternate Garden-destruction scene in FFVIII if you don't stop the missiles.

It's cool because not most Final Fantasy's have a bad ending but they really could of made it better (you see yuna,rikku and paine's broken bodys as the game over screen shows) its not really much of an ending because it is soo short more like a small secne to make you feel kinda bad you didnt beat vegnagun.

Yeah. And if you truly don't defeat Vegnagun, you deserve to be punished. Because it's one heck of a weak final boss. (And no, I don't consider Shuyin the final boss, he may as well have been Yu Yevon.)

ah, ok... i was sort of wondering if the ultimately baaaad ending was just a rumour since it was the first time i'd heard of it. I might not watch the video since i dont *cough cough* believe in spoilers. well, WATCHING spoilers, especially not the ending... but ive completed the game anyway.

Wow, I... honestly never knew that. I'd never seen or heard the Sad Ending until just now, and I've played this game quite a bit. And believe it or not, I personally think it's the best ending of all five. FFX (and X-2, presumably) is a tragedy, and I think a tragic ending works best for this story.

But I have to ask, how do you tell the Bahamut fayth you don't want to walk with "him" again?
