Haha the most bloody game I've ever played isn't as bloody as the ones mentioned above, but half life 2 is pretty bloody with that gravity gun.

I have to say, when i shot off my first hand in SoF 2 i was extremely proud. And the part where the enemy grabs the stump and screams is the icing on the cake :)
