i think areis was a piece of crap character she did like nothing just took up space. but i heard she got some good limit breaks from my friend but then again she dies so it like u wasted ur life on a character that is gonna not be available later.

She didn`t deserve to die and i`m sure no one can give a good explanation on why she did but her death is a vital part of the story.

I think Aris was a woman of character and respect, it was sad to see her die. I hoped that her and cloud's relationship would of flurished, like a flower bed of roses flowering in the summer.

Can't say yes or no as her dying plays a major plot in the story.

I wouldn't say "she deserved to die," but I can say that "it was a good thing she died to prove that she could continue to live even without a corporeal form."

If she didn't die, after Sephiroth is defeated for the last time, lifestream would come and restore the planet but then there wouldn't be that climatic scene on the appearance of Aeris faintly showing around the lifestream.

Almost everything has a reason to happen in a story. It's just really nice when an RPG story finally has the "holy mother" heroine die for once.

hmmmm i dont think that she really deserved to die, but she did suck for me. she was annoyin and such and he little staff thingy did pretty much no damage... Cloud, Tifa, and Cid all the way!!!!!!! :)

i think the game would've been better if they killed tifa by having her try to marry sephiroth or something i mean a wedding and a death is better than just a death imo

Of course I didn't like to see her dying. But what can I say? It is part of the story and this makes everything more dramatic.

Well, my Aeris was never a crap character. It all depents how you use her. If you do use her a lot she becomes one of the best characters in the game.

I was sad when she died, not because I just liked her. I have also lost one of the best fighters in my game. Her special limits are just great...

But this is just my opinion. Keep it the way you like it.
