For me, its the 80's. In most parts of the world, the 80's were difficult times. People needed a place to forget about their problems and express themselves. All the bands from the 80's I like, have primarily very upbeat songs, songs that make me feel good. Of course, you have bands and songs like that from every time, but for me the 80's stands out. I love the 60's and 70's as well however.

Uch, all decades of music are good. It wasn't until the 60's that the "harder" music started comeing in though, so I'm just not gonna choose. ^__^

For me its gotta be the 90's I grew up in that Era so I listened to that music more then anything.

Its part of my childhood and will always be the music I love most.

I think this century does.

Well I am more into Metal/Hardcore.
It has been really picking up the past few years, and the music just keeps getting better.

70's to 90's
particular the moment electronic tools got embraced and people realised they could make music no live group could ever dream of making

Not sure about anything before 1960, tbh, but IT WAS ALL CABARET SHITE anyway.
60's cause The Who, The Kinks and the Beatles were alright too I guess.
70's cause Kraftwerk, and early Clash, and Ultravox
80's cause Clash, Dead Kennedys, and Flaming Lips <3 and WHAM!
90's cause At the Drive-In, Eifel 65, Flaming Lips and the odd other band that caught my attention.
00's cause The Mars Volta, The Flaming Lips, Dredg, Dream Theater etc.

I'd say the decade with the most music I LIKE, is the 2000's. There obviously, have been some fuckin' wonderful bands beforehand though.

70's-80's Hell yeah for Metallica. Once they reached the 90's they weren't so great, then the 2000's. St.Anger. Big disappointment. Also, Yngwie Malmsteen, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, etc.........

That would be really hard for me to say. I think what I really love has been more or less evenly spread throughout the decades starting with the 70s. I really have no idea.
