Hi guys, this is my first topic in this forum and I really need help

I love the Final Fantasy series (huahuau, well, I think if I didn't, I wouldn't be here...) but the versions out of Japan has terrible dubbing (why Tidus sounds like a Backstreet Boy???), I just can't stand this dubbing, but unfortunately I can't read japanese, so this is what I'm trying to do:
Demux the FFX: International and FFX Jap. From the Japanese version I get all the voice sounds files and transfer them to the FFX: International, muxing it in a new DVD,so, this way I can have the Japanese audio and the English menus.
Can anyone help doing this? 'Cause I have no clue about how to do this =\

Thanx

I know that it's not impossible, 'cause there's already a software that can rip the CGs from FFX and FFX-2, but it doesn't inserts another file in the place of the original one.
I saw that some guys used the Hex Editor so they could edit the Sonic Gems Collection (the Japanese game version only present the Japanese version to us - such as menus, music background, bonus - if we're using a Japanese PS2, if we're playing it on a USA PS2 it will show us the crappy B&W manuals, terrible Sonic CD soundtrack...) so they could at least, have the original Japanese audio in Sonic CD even playing it on a USA PS2.
So guys...I already have no idea about what else I can do...

I think they try to get similar sounding voice actors in all releases, so you'd just end up with a Backstreet Boy speaking japanese.

ripping stuff, yes. But putting it all back in, no.
It's easy to rip cgi movies and background music because they're usually seperate files. But in game speech? don't know if it's even worth the effort.

Anyway, squareenix's games usually have code in them to stop games loading if they're copied. If ff8 and ff9 are anything to go by. The 'muxed' DVD you make would probably act as a copy.

Thank God the Japanese dubbing is 100% better than the USA dubbing.
I have some videos about FFX and FF-X2 before they came to USA, and I can tell you that Tidus doesn't have such a terrible voice actor...well...all the Japanese cast for dubbing are better than the American cast in every RPG for PS2 I've played (Grandia 3, Kingdom Hearts, Shining Force NEO...) and even not-RPG games, the USA dubbing are terrible if compared to the Japan's dubbing (Sonic Heroes, Onimusha 3, Dragon Ball Z Sparking...)
And I bet that FFXII will be terrible as well, cause if you saw the Demo Disc that came along with Dragon Quest VIII, you heard the magnific Seiyuus they have =(
(Why Square-Enix just don't translate the menus and put English subtitles in the game, keeping the Japanese sound? It would be much better...)

Well, the PS2 have a system to forbidden the loading from backup games, unless you have a mod-chip
That's my case, since I can't stand most of the USA releases, I get many Japanese games (I prefere Winning Eleven than Fifa Soccer, but the Winning Eleven form USA is so boring, has a lot of bugs that the Japanese doesn't), so I have a Matrix Infinity Mod-Chip, so I can play all regions, homebrew software (yeah! mp3 and avi on my PS2!), so every effort to change the USA version by the Japanese dialogues won't be for nothing ^^
