Hi I think this song is from an anime soundtrack, does anyone know it?

I noticed some soundtracks like Big-O have a similar sound. I want to do something for anyone that helps me but I'm not sure what, there are loads of anime soundtracks on this site already so i can't upload one of them. Japanese Enka maybe?
