Ive played chocobo hot and cold about 60 times in my current game and all I have found is 4 choco graph pieces, 2 of which I can't use because i don't have the right abilities. Worst of all, every time i play i just get useless items like '100 gil' or an antidote, is there something i don't know? some on help me out here

Sounds like you're just digging in the chocobo forest on the mist continent and that you've just dug up all the chocographs in that area. At some point you should be able to get to other digging regions like the lagoon, but for them, you need blue or better chocobo

If you've played 60 times in the forest, you should have all the chocographs in that area too, meaning you should also have the blue chocobo. I suggest you play when you get the airship, that way you can get the blue chocobo and get to the lagoon where the 2 remaining chocograph pieces are.

You can get Blue Chocobo if you go from Gizamalukes Groto in beach near Burmecia there use Gisashi(lool) and summon Chocobo and use the chocograf that showing the beach

True, but the guy has to have the right chocograph up before he can find it on the beach.

Yes you've already said that Halo, but you're right. Artinem, in the forest, you can only get all of the chocographs if you have the red chocobo or higher (i'm not sure whether it goes red then blue or vice versa, but if you can climb the vines in the forest, you can get them all).

Also, in the lagoon, you'll notice with the blue chocobo that you can only dig in the shallow bit, not the deep bit. Once you get a black chocobo, you'll be able to find the rest of the chocographs in the lagoon and get the gold chocobo. I think there's like, 24 chocographs in total in the game, plus a bunch of other stuff.

Does anyone know EXACTLY where the ocean chocogragh is? I searched everywhere, but to no luck. It is only one I haven't found.

Hmm, Ocean chocograph. If you're thinking of the one I'm thinking of, that's off in the ocean to the west of the continent that has no shoreline. It's not too far away from one of the upper islands, but you really have to do some searching around. If you think I'm barking up the wrong tree, then post here the description / Moguo hint for that one and I'll be able to figure it out better.

I never did finish the Chocobo Quest. I think I must have needed just one more. Does anyone have a map or something showing the locations of them.

the ocean chocograph can be found north-east of oeilovert. there is a line of island east of the continnt with oilvert it is about a three second walk from the one with the chocobo tracks. It may be on thea east side. It make take a few minutes to find

The hardest Chocograph to find is on Vile Island, the map's no good for that, you just gotta take small steps and hope you find it.

I forgot about the air garden. That place was pretty shit. But the rest of the chocobo quest was good

I haven`t played it in awhile to be honest. And to me the mini-games are kind of blurring into eachother.

Yeah the Lagoon is the best way to get a level 99 beak (and the star next to the level :D) and is also a quick way of gaining points. My record for that level is 412 points and i finished it with 31 seconds to go.

It goes the Lagoon, the Mist Continent one, and then the Air Garden one.
And I think my highest score was about 600, but the highest my beak level got was about 70

I've long forgotten all my records (and I don't feel like looking them up), but I'm quite good at the Lagoon. It's really fun to pile on bonuses.

Yeah, I dunno about that. I think my highest was around 400 something. Perhaps I'll check sometime and examine my savefiles and see what my best overall is.

lol Rude, i have the same version as you, being australian and all (we get the same stuff as england, we're both international according to america), however i'm sure the americans have the same version as you too and the rules do not change :P 600 ain't possible.

Hoo boy. Umm... sorry, Kie, but I'm afraid we're actually going to have to give this one to Rude666. I just checked my two best savefiles and it turns out that my highest scores for Lagoon are around 450, but my highest score for Air Garden is 758. So the scores that Rude666 is quoting are not only not impossible, they're quite likely.

Yeah Agent i forgot about air garden scores...they can be quite high indeed. Difficult to get however.

Well i assume you got the first piece from Ark. To get the second piece i'm pretty sure you have to get the Outer Island 2 chocograph and find it there. I suggest getting to the part in disc 3 when you're about to go to Terra and finishing most of the chocobo quest (including the outer island 2 bit) then. A chocobo guide will do the trick.

Damn. I've got 2, but one of them I know you get from an enemy called Ark in that wierd place that Kuja sends you to, but I cant remember where you get the other from.
Although I did hear that you get a Pumice Piece from Ozma.

I beat him...only cause i wanted that pumice piece so i could have all of the armour.

I also got rid of Cinna's Hammer to get the Tin Armour, which is the best armour ever for Steiner.

Is the armour really that good? Hmmm I might have to get it as Cinna's Hammer is useless, apart from that thing at the ending, although that's completly rubbish aswell

Yeah that extra bit is annoying...takes forever to get through, when all you wanna do is watch the cutscene at the end. Yeah the armour is great, defense skyrockets.

It's nothing special just a little bit extra in the "I want to be your canary" play. You get the same ending if you get the Save the Queen, so you can get rid of the hammer and still see the ending.

Yeah, you can get one. You just have to really keep trying due to Zidane's sucky Steal rate (unless you're really lucky.)
