I would like to say the highway chase scene is among my favorites, but the failure to include a remix of "Crazy Motorcycle" instead of a whole new "Chase of Highway" as the background music bumps it from my list.

As such, my three favorites are (in chonological order):
Tifa's fight scene
Reno/Rude v. Yazoo/Loz (chiefly because of the music)
The very last scene (again, chiefly because of the music)

Honorable mention to the scene at the very beginning where the Kadaj, Yazoo, and Loz fight Cloud on the motorcycle. The music (notice a trend, here?) is amazing, but it's ruined for me when Yazoo shoots Cloud in the face and barely does any damage at all. I know that RPG guns don't do that much damage in battle, but, technically, this movie is like one long FMV, right? As such, it should have actually done some damage. Oh well. The music was still good.

Ah, and, to support another motion, the credits were awesome... because of the music. ^^

I didn't like entire scenes so much as I liked specific shots. For instance, I liked when Sephiroth and Cloud were battling through the debris of the crumbling Shin-Ra building. I liked the shot in the Forest Battle where Loz Smashed through the falling tree, causing Cloud and Yazoo to continue thier battle into the air. And I of course loved the shot where we finally got to see Aerith's face. Took them long enough.
But I suppose that alltogether, I liked the highway motorcycle battle scene the best.

Probably Tifa's fight scene in the church, even though the Bahamut gangbang was hot as well.

I hated the church fight. I know most of the fighting was pretty stupid, but that fight was really stupid.
But I did like the last fight a lot, but it was mainly cuse of the music

I think all of the movie was fantastic and the fights scenes were made even more great by the accompanying music. They couldn't have put Cloud and Kadaj's final fight with better music (remake of J-E-N-O-V-A)

Another good scene was where Cloud has just omnislashed Sephiroth he's staring up at him in their final goodbye.
Anyone else get the feeling it wasn't his last goodbye though?

The Bahamut battle; specifically the character entrances and end sequence where the crew assist Cloud skyward. For me, the team unity within that scene steals the show (and... I still shed a few tears as they assist him in delivering the final blow :-[ ).

I'm also quite fond of Aerith's and Zack's farewell to Cloud in the final scene =)

I was a little unhappy with clouds omnislash it only hit like 6 times and in the game it hits like 15 times. and where is the omni rays of light? i mean come on. and Red XIII barely said a line and Cait Sith didn't fight at all, they should of been equipped with their ultimate weapons too. and there wasn't any magic or summon use. they toss that shit away? only the bad guys used magic. anyway i still loved it but it should of been better

There's too many to say, I liked the Tifa vs. Loz battle scene, it was really exciting to watch. The part where AVALANCHE are all fighting the mighty Bahamut is great and obviously the Cloud vs. Sephiroth battle is amazing.

FAN BOY BEWARE!Just because Sephiroth is in the scene doesn't mean that particular scene is going to be cool.Yes i admit Sephiroth's death scene where he was covered with his wings before turning back into kadag was pretty cool but the battle itself was so weak with little climax.The director kept switching camera angles to fool the viewer into believing that the scene is exiting and to me that is bullcrap.The fact that Cloud has more than one knife is also bullcrap and unfair.In my opinion the best scene in the movie is the fighting scene between Reno,Rude,Loz and Yazoo.The Reason is very simple:its just a simple man to man fist fight wth a twist of comedy and i dont expect those fanboys out that to get it.........

Well i enjoyed every scene of the movie. Best scene...hmm....I like the opening scene when the intro credits come up. And you see Kadaj, Loz and Yazoo for the first time. Mostly because of the evil sounding music that went with it.

Cloud's using a Buster Sword and has his cape still on. Don't believe either were in the final version (speaking spefically about that battle).

Anyway, I can't believe no one's mentioned my favorite scene!

I love the scene where Cloud's in the pool with the children at the end, and you finally get to see him smile. That represents such a huge character evolution, and it made me think back from when I first met Cloud so many years ago in the Midgar Reactor, and thinking what a cold, hard badass he was. It was like he was finally able to relax, and truley set some of his demons to rest.

I read a few complaints about the Sephiroth battle, and besides they whole "I can fly now" thing, I really dug that battle, as well as it's Kadaj vs Cloud precedent.

Of course the Bahamut battle was wicked too. I still get goosebumps watching Tifa and then Aeris swing Cloud up to finall take the beast down.

Damn... that was a good movie. I wanna watch it again now. ^_^

best scene for me was the summing up of final fantasy 7 to that haunting choir singing song, with the little girl giving the spoken summary, played right after the red and north crater scenes at the beginning. simply brilliant and for me anyway rewatchable scene about FF7, poignantly told.

i also liked the sephiroth fight a lot, disregarding the confusing events that brought it to pass, and also the stupid way in which sephiroth lost the fight (cloud was down and out, and at sephiroth's mercy. sephiroth could have hacked him to pieces but instead stabs him in the shoulder and taunts him. you'de think he would have learnt that by not finishing cloud off, he becomes his strongest and finishes sephiroth off instead, the analogy of a wounded cornered animal being at its most dangerous - nibelheim.)

I think Vincent's dialogue with Cloud at the City of the Ancients was just fine, especially in the dubbed version I downloaded. I bought the official English release and I thought the dialogue in general wasn't as good.

I guess I haven`t posted here yet... My favourit were: Battle with Sephiroth, Tifa`s battle with Loz, the place where Tifa and Cloud were talking in some room of 7th heaven and the place were Kadaj jumped down to get "Mother" dropped down by Rufus.
I liked Avalanche fight against Bahamut and the place were Marlene hid under Vince`s cloak...
