Pick this fruit From the tree
Will we be together forever, will we be? She screams
The daggers sheated and tears are shed
As she falls asleep with the blade
And together they lay in her bed

Must we run? she asks with swollen eyes
You know there is no other way I am forced to reply
Every lie is passing through us
As we cut into the fruit
As we break forbidden trust

She embraces with passion
And her flesh is split in two
She thinks of her last words
And she screams Ill always remember you

Complete this
But we are too damn afraid
Sharing this fruit in a morbid fashion
The dagger is passed to me
And I carress it with compassion

"Dreams will forever be" I promise
But her beautiful corpse gives no reply
A sin beyond the eye and taste for lust.
The dagger and I become one
Just as the dagger turns to rust

Must we run? she asked with swollen eyes
You know there is no other way I was forced to say

The deed is done and I feel we've gone to far
"Lovely, Lovely where have you gone?" I yell
But there is no reply
A cold hand now rests on my shoulder
And it is whispered "Must you cry?"

Even pain has followed us into our parting
Sweet flavours fill the air but mouths remain tasteless
The hand on my shoulder remains a temptaion
And I am terrified when I realize
I have not yet entered my ruination
A hole lays where my heart should beat
But no sound and no blood escape the gaping wound
"My dear, what have I done?" I scream in flailing panic
I slowly stand and see the birth of morning
As reality leaves me and my mind becomes manic

"I am so sorry" I cry out as I stare in horror at her lifeless body
I fall to my knees and beg "Lord bring me my demise!"
No reply as I force eyes open
And alone, watch the sunrise

She thought of her last words
And she screamed Ill always remember you

Stress taking residence in the back of the mind,
Leaning dangerously close to snapping.
Random thoughts and images spewing themselves
Upon a musical foreground.
A waltz with cardiac arrest
In a dark living room ballet.
Welcome to the time square confessional.
Welcome to your time square confessional.
Its more of a chant, Speech, Speech!

Dark wings block out your favorite part.
The sky is black before sunset,
And your screaming for your fix.
You can dream, but you cant hope.
Dont count on saving yourself.

Addiction comes in the form of repeating song,
And you take it any way you can.
Scar tissue affects the mind,
And I could swim through the gaps in your thought.
Sing, for all I care, Sing!
Will it all be over soon? I question myself,
With a shameful permanent falling loose from my grip.

My eyes feel the passion of the sun as I stare,
And as my pupils dodge sadistic signs I sing.
The words echo blindly off the tongue of the young reverend
As he screams, Ecstasy! Ecstasy! Ecstasy!
And suddenly the halls are emptied,
He will later bask in his disgrace.

Stop now and forever,
Youve dug your own whole,
And youve dug far too deeply.
Caked in mud you sit in your pit,
As the temperature rises.
You stare at the parting sky,
And you whisper Rapture.
And wait for dark.

In my chest a light contemplates reason.
I walk slowly, eyes still fixed on the sun.
The word rapture echoes in the hollow spaces of my mind,
As I trip and fall to the bottom of your seductive grave.
My final thoughts are my final words, Your still lying to yourself, arent you?
