I've never had a loading problem with my PSP. The DS is uncomfortable as hell and hurts my hands. But I did love how you get a peek at someone's hand in the video.

Marvin, a lot of PSP games have horrible load times. Case in point: As great a game as Burnout Legends is otherwise, the 30-45 second load times for each event are just unacceptable. Compared to the DS, which has practically no load times, the PSP loses big.

I actually find the DS more comfortable to hold. The layout of the PSP seems to stretch my fingers a bit, making it painful to hold it too long. Also, that analog disc is pretty awful.

Overall, I'm much more impressed with the DS in general. It's practically impossible to argue against it having better games than the PSP, it's single-handedly responsible for the revival of the adventure game genre, and it's much more innovative. Not to mention fun to play.

Oh... I thought this was going to be an comparison of the PSP's media capabilities and the Play-Yan's.

I WAS WRONG.

I can't load the video, 'cause speed capped until next month, but basically I don't want to decide on a 'better' console between the DS and the PSP. There's awesome games for both.

Except I don't get to play my DS anymore, 'cause wife is always playing nintendogs ;_;

While load times can take awhile, people just overexagerate it. Though in my opinion, the two handhelds are pretty disappointing. The PSP, while heading to what I believe is the right direction for handhelds, simply falls short on good games or at least a good library of games. The DS also has that problem, there are some good games out but nothing is really leaning me to really buy a DS (or if I wasn't given a PSP as a gift, the PSP as well).

They also both fail at rehashing stuff... can't argue about that. At least the PSP offers more to the user instead of just being a gaming handheld.

if you really want "more" get a fucking archos jukebox or something. fuckers play videos and show images and its like a damn media player computer in your pocket. psp should do one thing, and it should do it right. damn thing sucks.

Very funny. :D
So true as well.
On a side note, i own a PSP and a DS. I love my DS more....
Imo the DS is better. Although some people- such as my dad, just wont have it- its gotta have the latest graphics or its utter rubbish. Well THATS total rubbish.
One last thing, two rivals imo
Lumines VS Meteos, made by same guy, etc.
Lumines= PSP Meteos= DS
Whos played both? Meteos destoys Lumines. Meteos is just so much more.... fun. Simple as.

Although for some reason wherever i go the PSP is the thing thats "in"
Again that video is just frikin hilarious.

This is the only game for the DS that I'd even think about playing.
