Hey, im going to cosplay as cloud and im wondering what form i should be. normal final fantasy seven cloud, evil cloud from kindom hearts, or my current fav, ADVENT CHILDREN CLOUD! give a vote and a reason why.

Kindom hearts cloud is a little tougher to get the clothing right, and obviously the purple teletubie is gay. and cloud has dark blue clothing, why does everybody say cloud wears purple?

Allright, mini cloud wears purple. but when you go to the battle screen, cloud is wearing something a little closer to navy blue.

I prefer what Cloud wears in AC so I think you should go with it.

i already have the basic clothing for ac cloud, i have the sword, i just have to make the armour, find my gloves, and the ringlets. i also have to make the paper mache hat (i have brown hair so hair gels not an option.)

Normal, messed-up Cloud from the original game. I might pick FFT's version more if he was given any personality besides some extremely vague connection to a previous world. Not too fond of how he's shone in later, spinoff games, either.

There are several other forms of Cloud which you haven't actually mentioned - for instance;

Shinra soldier ('Attack Squad') Cloud (in the blue uniform with or without face mask. Also appears as his 'third costume' in Ergheiz.)
Normal '2nd Costume' Cloud(his red pallete swap outfit in Ergheiz)
'Young Cloud' (2 forms - one wearing a white t-shirt, the other a dark green one, with his hair in a pony tail. Both are from his flashback scenes with Tifa in Nibelheim during his childhood)
FF Tactics Cloud (it's basically his normal outfit, but in slightly different style.)
'Miss Cloud' (from the infamous Wall Market scene).

I could have also mentioned his cameo in Chocobo Racing, but he doesn't have a menu portrait in that game unfortunately, and his in-game sprite just appears to be his FFVII form.

yeah but he doesnt really stay in those that long, but it would have made the poll fun but would also get more spam. i think the AC one looks cool, i also think his normal one is cool but it could be either navy blue, dark blue, or maybe purple im not sure, but either way they are all cool

I'd go with AC Cloud personally.

Cloud's official outfit is his blue SOLDIER uniform as proven in FFVII's battle screens, Ehergeiz, Kingdom Hearts (Apart from the red cape and gold claws, he still wears his SOLDIER outfit underneath). The exploring version of Cloud in FFVII is obviously a colour error or mix-up on Square's part. Or perhaps the reason they coloured it purple was 'cause they didn't want players to confuse Cloud (and perhaps Zack) with the other SOLDIERS (who appear quite a lot within the game) whose uniforms are coloured blue. I think Cloud, complete with Vincent's cape in Kingdom Hearts is the best.

Have to admit I thought Cloud in KH had more personality than in AC and FF7 put together as at least the voice acting and animation was better (at least from what i remember) in the short time that he appeared.

Advent Children

OH, it most deffinetly (think I spelled that wrong) is Advent Children, Cloud. He's so darn CUTE! lol

I like the look of Cloud in Advent Children although his look during FFVII is still favourable.

AC, i like FFVII but AC cloud has more accessories to easily distinguish him, like the shroud on his left arm and those funky funky motorbike glasses he wears. Make life easy for yourself.

And why cant you bleach your brown hair and go mental with a pot of gel? Thats hardcore dressing up! the papier mache will fall to bits and be uncomfortable.(in my experience!)

Yeah, paper mache will look retarded. You could always use a blonde wig and glue... or something.
