Yeah I know that sucked big time, but kingdom hearts is such an awesome game its not even funny. I cant wait for the second one to come out

Loved the game, also i think KH-2 will be released in March 2006

by the way, has anyone noticed that in kh, the ff characters are either younger, or older than they are in their own games. exept yuffie, shes still 16

KH was overall good, but the idea of FF characters teaming up with disney freaks kinda weirded me out.

KH was ok but i hated the battle system compared to FF. All you have to do to finish the game is smash the square button over and over again until ur enemy is dead theres almost no stratagy involved wotsoeva.

Yep, makes me think of my days when I played Street Fighter and Darkstalkers. All my button bashing paid off well in KH.

I have to say it is a real fave game of mine, I mean...it shouldn't work, but to some of us, it DOES!!!

Recently got hold of it and i've spent hours on it.

When I first found out about it I thought it it was going to be babyish because of the cutsy appearance of the characters but then when i found out more about it on the net and from others who have played it I was intrigued. Now to me it's one of the most addictive, and entertaining games i've played yet on the PS2 =)

I'm very much looking forward to battling Sephiroth. I hear he's even tougher to beat on that game than in FF7.

I dont hate the game. Im just not a big fan of the gameplay. The story and graphics are awsome, and i loved it how so many of my fav FF characters where in their too.

Although KH was friggen awsome and fun, was anybody just as let down with the gameboy version?

I absolutely adored Kingdom Hearts --- refreshing change from the Final Fantasy style of battle. Excellent replayability, a storyline that I enjoyed and cool to see Final Fantasy and Disney characters together. Yes, Kingdom Hearts was really sweet and Kingdom Hearts II is totally looking to blow everyone's socks off, based on what I've seen of it so far.

Oh, and uh, Riku? I never really liked him, so I didn't mind that he went over to the darkness.

Chain of Memories was released in PAL territories - you should be able to find a copy. If not, GBA games are region free, so you can import it.

It's a pretty awesome game, and the New Game+ is even better - well worth the purchase.

I'd like to play Chain of Memories, but I don't have a Game Boy / GBA and probably won't be getting one anytime soon. Final Mix would also be cool to play.

I'd advise getting a DS, agent - lots of awesome games available and/or coming out (like the Final Fantasy III remake! Not to mention Children of Mana!), and you can play CoM on it.

As a KH fan, you definately need to play CoM - it explains the set up for KH2.

Edit: I just noticed that Children of Mana has the same abbreviation as Chain of Memories. This could be confusing in the future.

Money, that's the issue. Even if I had the money to get a DS, there are other things I want to spend it on (like oh, Kingdom Hearts II when it finally comes out, not to mention Final Fantasy XII, etc...). Besides, I've read enough that I think I have a pretty good idea of the setup, without spoiling too much for the new game.

I actually have a GBA and maybe i can save money and buy the game, i would like to play the Final Mix because i felt that something was missing whe i beated Sephiroth and Ice Titan, at leats they could give us a Keyblade ( Like in the Final Mix)

I can't say i have a good setup to Kh2 since i only readed some bits of story, could anyone give a link to a good synopsis?

You need to hit KH Insider (http://www.*********.com). Just spend a good, oh, I don't know, two or three hours there, download their trailers, view their images, read their information and you'll be totally hungering for this game.

I love both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. They were both awesome. I can't wait for KH2~

Yep i sure can cousie. It is platnum so no excuse for not having the money and in general yes it is worth getting. Some parts are both hard and easy.

It's a completly different style of RPG to ff.
FF is more turn based while KH you can use strategy like if you need to heal hide behind something or run as far away as you can. (if you're a little chicken) XD

I don't think the game is childish or something like that. Maybe some times, but, well, not more than any other game.
I don't know what Dirge of Cerberus is, but it is definately worth buying. If you don't, it's a big mistake.
I'm playing it for the 4. time now and it's still fun (well it's a half year since last time, but).
But you see, i have this little problem. In the last world(forgot it's name, it's the big tower) There is a treasure chest that I can't get. But, but, but, god I've got a buTT.

I would definitely recommend that game.

I got the same impression as you at first. I thought it looked like it was a game aimed at a young audience, but while the characters look very cutsey and cartoonish you shouldn't let first impressions cloud your judgement.

If you are a fan of Final Fantasy and ever liked any of the old Disney movies then you should definitely consider giving this one a try. The game is lots of fun and has it's good share of challenges. As well as visiting different worlds and completing necessary stages there are also alot of secrets and a good amount of side quests to keep you occupied in case you feel like taking a break from the world tasks. Also while some of the bosses are pretty easy to find and beat there are others in the game which aren't so straight forward. I've heard, although haven't quite reached that stage yet, that when you come across Sephiroth as an optional character he's a particularly challenging to beat =)

Yeah he's the hardest boss in the game.
I think this game is worth the money i paid abouit 17 pounds.
